  • Design and implement cost-effective, market-driven campaigns to promote the BMW retail facility and its quality product line

Hiring Specification

  • Excellent leadership, management, and communications skills.
  • Experienced and/or highly knowledgeable on operating a car sales department including skills in advertising, merchandising, inventory, financing, and selling cars.
  • Ability to manage/lead, motivate, evaluate, develop and direct sales management and staff.
  • Superior Customer contact skills and experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to interpret material provided by management and other sources
  • Outgoing and patient personality with excellent employee and customer relations abilities
  • Consistently impart a professional personal appearance and conduct.
